FireFly Return Policy
If you purchased a FireFly firing system from a source other than shootfirefly.com, you must contact that source to return/exchange the item.
The FireFly firing system (module and reusable connection cables) maybe eligible for an exchange or returned for a refund after communicating with the Customer Support Team.
FireFly offers an unlimited manufacturer’s warranty and will replace items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturer error. If you feel your FireFly should be exchanged, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Customer Support Team works diligently to resolve any product questions, concerns and issues. Once they decide you are eligible to exchange your FireFly, they will follow up with further instructions on how to do so.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you by reaching out to firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
